Following the elections on 22 May, Labour has 20 Labour Councillors on Stroud District Council, the Tories lost their majority in May 2012. The Council is now run by a co-operative arrangement between Labour, Green and LibDem Councillors. There are 9 Labour County Councillors in Gloucestershire, 3 in this District.
