“I moved to the beautiful Stroud Valleys almost 14 years ago – having grown-up in the South East and lived most of my early-adult life in the North. I feel blessed to have made my home here.”

“I work as a psychotherapist, supporting children and young people. Before Covid I was working in schools alongside parents, teachers, and social workers, as well as independently. So I have insight into the challenges faced by many self-employed people during the pandemic, as well as the challenges that our young people are struggling with.”

“I’m a keen cyclist, have been actively involved in local cycling clubs, Stroud Active Travel, and during 2020 I’ve been on the team behind the Stroud Spindarellas  – supporting local women through cycling and friendship.”

“I’m now keen to draw on my experience for the good of the local community and feel honoured to have been selected as a Labour candidate in the 2021 elections.”
