“I have lived in Dursley since 2005 and I love being a part of this growing and lively community. This area has so much to offer—beautiful countryside, vibrant town centres, active villages.”

“I have been a town councillor in Dursley for several years and chair the Town Improvements Committee, which has worked to increase CCTV in the town centre, provide long-stay parking, and improve the town’s appearance. I am also a founder and chair of the Cam and Dursley Transportation Group, a small community initiative to help improve bus and rail service provision to our area, as well as cycling and pedestrian routes.”

“My priorities include equality, community, social justice, the environment, better social care, and investing in local services, such as transport. Several of these areas are the responsibility of Gloucestershire County Council.  Looking at the achievements of Labour-led Stroud District Council makes me really keen to increase Labour representation at the County level—think of what could be achieved!
